Our programs include safe and instructive programs for Active Older Adults (AOA) incorporating preferred physical activities in their daily lives: low-cost evidence-based physical activity programs developed specifically for older adults focusing on four key areas that are important to the health and fitness of mature participants (cardiovascular, balance work, strength training and stretching.

SGT sessions meet 4 times weekly providing social stimulation as well as physical benefits.
